Inside Sales Executive

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Understand the needs of different students and pivot your messaging accordingly. 

  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

  • Maintaining CRM tools such as Freshdesk & LeadSquared with correctly segmented data for targeted marketing activities.

  • Upsell additional digital publishing offerings to existing customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1 - 4 years of experience as an inside sales executive. 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proficient in English and Hindi

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Mass Communications is preferred.
