Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand the needs of different students and pivot your messaging accordingly.
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintaining CRM tools such as Freshdesk & LeadSquared with correctly segmented data for targeted marketing activities.
Upsell additional digital publishing offerings to existing customers.
Key Qualifications:
1 - 4 years of experience as an inside sales executive.
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in English and Hindi
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Mass Communications is preferred.
