Roles and Responsibilities:
● Leading the development and execution of comprehensive organic strategies
across various social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Telegram and YouTube with a direct focus on engaging with our user
community.
● Creating and curating content that embodies our brand's unique perspective
and industry expertise, using innovative approaches to format, structure, and
presentation to boost our brand's visibility and user engagement on social
media.
● Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy formulation, identify growth
opportunities, experiment with content and campaigns, and continually
monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign success and
make informed decisions.
● Staying informed about the latest social media trends and developments,
leveraging them to drive growth and enhance our social media presence.
● Developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns and social media
advertising initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams to align
messaging and goals.
Preferred Experience:
● 4+ years of prior experience in managing social media channels or similar
roles within a product-based company.
● Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social,
HubSpot, and other similar platforms, demonstrating the ability to leverage
these tools effectively.
● Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive
actionable insights.
● Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective
communication at all levels.
● Willingness to explore innovative strategies with minimal guidance.
