Responsibilities:
Source sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
Counsel students/parents about our courses
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;
Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Understand the needs of different students and pivot your messaging accordingly.
Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintaining CRM tools such as LeadSquared with correctly segmented data for targeted marketing activities.
Upsell additional digital publishing offerings to existing customers.
Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting;
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
