Customer Support Associate -
The main role of you will be building a community for the Engineering students preparing for competitive examinations. Help the organization to create a knowledge base on social communication channels like Telegram and Facebook.
Post updates of the product on Telegram and Facebook groups. This includes new course launch, offers & discounts, app updates, etc.,
Help the students to clear their doubts regarding the courses, offers and other benefits
Engage users in the channels by conducting polls, quizzes and challenges
Resolve the issues or concerns raised by the users in the channels.
Support a user from the day of his preparation to the day of his examination.
She/ He who is good with problem-solving
She/ He with good communication skills - Hindi & English
She/ He who is familiar with social community channels like Telegram and Facebook
She/ He who can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
She/ He who is enthusiastic to learn new things and adapt to the new technologies quickly
